Machine Operator

Machine Operator Pay: $23-24/hour Shift: 4:30am-2:30pm Location: Auburn, WA Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities Operate band saws for cutting steel materials. Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently. Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. Conduct visual quality control checks on materials. Apply metal to customer orders and process materials according to work order specifications. Maintain processing equipment in a safe and clean condition. Keep the processing area clean, safe, and orderly. Accurately complete all required information entry. Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience operating a band saw. Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Attention to detail and ability to work on your feet. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication or aerospace industries. Strong attendance and work history with regard to tenure. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating machinery. Join a team of over 60 employees in a fast-paced environment. The main building and titanium building are located in Auburn, WA. The 2nd shift operates from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
