Now Hiring: Entry-Level to Experienced Welder's! We're looking for motivated welders to join our team in fabricating high-quality steel and aluminum components for consumer and industrial storage and climbing systems. Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with shift differential) Potential 1st Shift Openings: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Responsibilities Operate MIG welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts. Set up and adjust welders; replace wire spools and tips as needed. Read blueprints and perform visual/measurement inspections to ensure quality. Use grinders to remove burrs and excess weld material. Track production output and report part numbers and quantities. Communicate material shortages and equipment issues to supervisors. Skills and Qualifications Experience with flux core welding. Ability to work in a production welding format. MIG welding experience (required) Welding certification (preferred) Ability to read blueprints and follow fabrication specs Experience with flux core welding is a plus Comfortable working in a production welding environment Why Work Here?
