Need exterior house painters experienced and have equipment for 2 story prepping and painting. Only the upper half of the building is needed to be prepped and painted. The lower portion of the house up to about 10 feet has been completed. The biggest space challenge is one side of the house has about a 2 foot wide space to place equipment (see photo from side and satellite view). Its possible to enter a neighboring property for more room. The approximate length of the house is 60 ft the two longest sides (as seen in 3 photos) The front of the house which has a very small area to prep and paint as most of the space is large windows and garage the width of the front is about 18 feet (see 1 photo). The house has wood siding and the paint has dried and peeled considerably and needs minimal effort to remove paint and minimal sanding would be necessary. To summarize the job would include the upper portion of a 2 story house from about 10 feet from the ground up to the roof line fascia. Wood siding, fascia, under eaves and about 5 windows trim prepped primed and painted ( 2 coats). Proper and safe equipment to accommodate one side of the house with a 24 inch wide space possibly larger. I will supply primer and paint. You provide equipment and labor. Onsite estimate is available. Start date would be the week of June 9th or the soonest possible. Please have experience painting 2 story houses and safety equipment.
