Asphalt Operator

Roller Operator $25-32/hr (Weekly Pay) Job Description Join our team as a Roller Operator where you will play a key role in our asphalt paving crew. You will be working on a variety of outdoor projects including commercial and residential paving, lot and land clearing, and utility work. This is a full-time role averaging 50 hours a week, primarily during the warm months. Responsibilities Operate, maneuver, navigate, or drive vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts or passenger vehicles. Use control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes. Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Meet company and customer specifications for all trench or backhoe jobs.
