Superintendent

Let's skip the corporate speak. If you've built a ground-up project in your sleep, managed subcontractors without losing your mind, and walked a jobsite like it's your second home - we'd probably get along. We're looking for someone who actually enjoys leading the field, knows how to keep a schedule tight, and doesn't need hand-holding when problems (inevitably) pop up. You'll work closely with the PM, keep trades accountable, and make sure what gets built matches what was sold. Requirements: 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or similar tools Strong communication and leadership skills OSHA 30 preferred Local to Austin
