Tank Mechanic

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for Tank Trailer Mechanics/ Welders todeliver the exceptional service experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking experienced petroleum,chemical and dry bulk tank mechanics High school diploma or GEDequivalent preferred Must have a valid driver\'s license: CDL PreferredMust be able to pass a pre-employment Experience with DOT and ASME tankrepairs Experience moving trailers in and out of shop a plus Experiencewelding on aluminum, stainless, and mild steel tanks and componentsUnderstanding of tank plumbing and operation Experience installing powertakeoffs, drive lines, and product pumping systems Experience with DOTtank inspection procedures and testing equipment Layout and fabricationskills Registered Inspector training and certification a plus Must haveyour own tools Preferably the successful candidate will have inspectorcredentials WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT: The work environmentincludes exposure to high decibels of noise, temperature, weathervariations, metal welding processes and chemicals, which may includesolvents, undercoating, paint, and caulking.
