Dump Truck Driver Job Description Join an excavating company as a Quad Axel Dump Truck Driver responsible for delivering materials to construction sites. Responsibilities Operate a Quad Axel Dump truck efficiently and safely. Perform material deliveries to various construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while driving. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience as a dump truck driver. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL A certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with heavy equipment operation. Ability to handle equipment in various weather conditions. Work Environment You will be working on commercial job sites, facing all types of weather conditions including hot, cold, and rainy days. The company operates with small crews of 2-4 members, fostering a close-knit family atmosphere. Working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with extended summer hours from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. Dress code includes steel toe boots and pants, while PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, and high visibility shirts/vests are provided. Employees start their day at the shop and then proceed to the job site, and must bring their own personal hand tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
