Entry Level Construction Materials Tester Job Description The role involves testing construction materials at multiple sites in the New Orleans area. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of materials used in construction projects. Responsibilities Conduct material testing on concrete and soils. Document and report findings with precision and attention to detail. Lift and handle materials weighing up to 60 pounds regularly. Work collaboratively within a small team to ensure project goals are met. Comply with company safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as steel toe boots, long pants, and safety vests. Essential Skills Technical orientation and proficiency in math. Strong attention to detail. Effective documentation skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
