Licensed general contractor (macon) compensation: $70k labor and materials per property We're an investment group looking for a general contractor seasoned with multifamily remodeling (Most are 2-4 units) Our 2 projects currently entail: 1400 sqft duplex. each side 1 bed, 1 bath all basic rental quality finishes interior demo down to the studs new drywall new electrical rough in / fixtures plumbing rough in pex minisplit in each unit 2 heads per unit separate meters d water for both units 1 wall kitchen cabinets , sink & countertop (2 kitchens) basic white tub surround, new tub, new toilet, new basic all white vanity new window casing, interior doors, baseboards exterior siding, roofing , gutters, etc all white paint on interior lvp flooring for entire house $70k labor and materials per property.
