Commercial Roofing Supervisor

This Commercial Roofing Supervisor position is based in Texarkana, TX, but offers the exciting opportunity to travel nationwide and work on high-value roofing projects for federal and government clients. With over 1.8 million sq. ft. of roofing completed and a project range between $500,000 and $10 million, this family-owned business is adding to its dedicated team of 75 employees to meet growing demand. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Supervisor position include: Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial roofing, with hands-on knowledge of EPDM, TPO, and PVC systems Supervise subcontractors on-site and ensure quality control from project start to finish (2-6 months per project) Travel as needed to project sites across the U.S.; company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided Lead and manage crew activities; review scopes of work with project managers and schedule subcontractors Ensure all materials are staged and installed per manufacturer requirements Utilize the Raken app for daily reporting and submit weekly timesheets Maintain clean and watertight job sites, and oversee material inventory Keep safety certifications and training current, and maintain laydown yards Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
