Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.**The Estimator position will work with the sales and operations teams to manage accurate, timely and competitive proposals.Responsibilities:- Organize and strategically plan for estimate preparation, pricing, and scheduling to the Vice President and Senior Estimator.- Determine subcontractors if any to include in bidding process- Discuss and establish bid strategies, concerns, and advantages- Establish work scopes and review plans and specifications for overall project- Understand and manage time constraints- Review estimates and proposals for accuracy- Determine the schedule and all specific needs through the entire project- Track awarded contracts (change orders, materials, etc.) through completion- Ensure all documents and data are maintained to back up estimate figures- Demonstrate competency, accuracy, and organization during bids- Understand and be aware of current bid market conditions- Interface regularly with management to ensure complete understanding of the project scopeRequirements:- 3-5 years' commercial construction estimating experience require preferred- Ability to prepare estimates with minimal supervision- Ability to estimate all types of projects and contracts- Applicable mathematical skills- Proficient in MS Office Suite- Current driver's license with a good driving recordAdditional Details and Offerings:- Full-time -- 40 hours a week- Hours: Monday -- Friday with core working hours being 7:00 AM -- 4:00 PM- Pay dependent upon experience*** Call and/or send resumes to ... / ...*ABOUT US:**For nearly 30 years, Curbco, Inc. has specialized in facilities maintenance for commercial, municipal and industrial properties.
