Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team for general labor duties on new construction roofing projects. This role involves various tasks such as removing debris, using shovels, cutting and loading materials onto carts, hauling trash, assisting with insulation, and keeping the work area organized. This job site will be at Vanderbilt Hospital. Responsibilities Remove debris and haul away trash. Use shovels and basic hand tools effectively. Cut and load materials. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. Skills & Qualifications Experience working on a construction job site. Comfortable using hand tools such as shovels and knives. Previous roofing experience is a plus. Capability to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day. Why Work Here?
