HVAC Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Technician position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial HVAC service calls Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment Replace defective parts and complete full system installations Handle service calls independently with minimal supervision Use HVAC-specific hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, presentable appearance while interacting with customers Document work completed and communicate with dispatch as needed Travel to job sites in a company vehicle Requirements: HVAC Certification required EPA Certification preferred Valid Driver's License with a clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Proven independent service call experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques Ability to lift, bend, stoop, crawl, and walk throughout the workday Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Apply now!
