We are seeking an Operations Manager for a well-established trades company serving both residential and commercial clients. This role oversees and coordinates daily office and field operations, ensuring efficient project delivery, strong team support, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across office administration, field technicians, and shop/warehouse functions Supervise and support staff including customer service, scheduling, and field leads Monitor and review scheduling activities to ensure optimized routes and responsiveness Manage procurement and inventory to support active and upcoming projects Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of service Assist with workflow planning, job readiness, and dispatch coordination Step in to assist with deliveries, materials, or field/shop support as needed Ensure safety, compliance, and operational consistency across all departments Review job estimates or service quotes for accuracy and alignment with scope Ensure effective daily prep and coordination to support technician efficiency Requirements: Prior experience in the trades, construction, or service industry required Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs as needed Computer savvy with proficiency in email, scheduling platforms, and basic office software Excellent organizational, multitasking, and people management skills Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Full health insurance coverage Retirement plan with company match
