Role Overview:
We’re hiring a seasoned Low Voltage Electrical Project Manager to support a high-profile arena construction project in Augusta, GA. This role will oversee the complete delivery of low voltage systems including lighting, sound, IT, fire alarm, and security on a critical infrastructure for a state-of-the-art institutional facility.

Duration: 12–24 months 

Project Type: Institutional / Arena Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of low voltage infrastructure from procurement through commissioning
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and the internal project team
• Review construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and ensure alignment with specifications
• Oversee installation schedules, quality checks, and system integrations
• Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with field and office teams
• Track progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely project milestones
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing low voltage electrical systems on commercial or institutional construction projects  
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget  
• Strong understanding of systems integration (fire alarm, security, audio/visual, structured cabling, etc.)  
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical schematics  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills  
• Local candidates to Augusta, GA preferred, but not required  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with arena, stadium, or large institutional facilities (e.g., healthcare, higher ed, civic)  
• Background working with major general contractors or electrical subcontractors on complex builds
