Position: Experienced Laser Operator Location: Vancouver, WA 98660 Pay: $22- 25 / hr DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Swing (3:30pm-12:00am) | Monday Friday Who We Are:

What Youll Do:

  Operate and maintain laser cutting machines
  
• 
  Identify and select appropriate materials for each job
  
• 
  Produce precision parts and components to meet exact specifications
  
• 
  Ensure all parts meet quality standards
  
• 
  Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

What You Need to Have:

• 
  Prior experience operating a laser, high definition plasma table, or burn table
  
• 
  Understanding of various materials and their properties
  
• 
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  
• 
  Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  
• 
  Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• 
  Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  

The Musts:
? Laser or plasma table operation experience
? Blueprint reading skills
? Dependable and safety-conscious
Preferred:

• 
  Additional fabrication or CNC experience
  
• 
  Familiarity with production tracking systems
  
• 
  Bilingual communication skills a plus
