Job Description Join our dynamic team, where you will work on projects from design through completion, communicating and coordinating with subcontractors, and handling customer issues. You will be responsible for producing project and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, designing commercial facilities, medical, and office spaces. Responsibilities
- Work on projects from initial design stages through to completion.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
- Respond to and handle customer issues professionally.
- Produce detailed project and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Design commercial facilities, medical offices, and office spaces.
- Support production in Revit, focusing on design and creation of construction documents.
- Engage in construction administration while collaborating with a Senior Architect.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong design and architectural skills.
- Experience in design development and schematic design.
- Ability to create construction documents and provide production support in Revit.
- Capability in construction administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Experience with RFIs and/or permitting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and creating construction document sets.
