- Create, produce, and develop design concepts, schematic level documents, and technical construction documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate project design, technical solutions, and execution strategies with team members, stakeholders, and client representatives.
- Maintain and implement technical and aesthetic project requirements and scope of work.
- Participate in company events, learning workshops, networking events, and professional/team development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet firm objectives.
- Proficiency in Revit, Architecture, Design, Revit design, and development for civic, municipality, and commercial projects.
- Experience in construction documents and construction administration.
- Knowledge of Sketchup, Adobe, and redlining.
- 1-3 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer and approximately 3-6 years of overall experience.
- Professionally accredited degree in architecture or a related field.
- Developing knowledge of building codes and the ability to present developed findings.
- Sound working knowledge of general architectural systems and assemblies.
The firm operates in a brand new office space adjacent to the mall, offering free parking. Employees typically work on-site 2-3 times a week, with a requirement to be in the office every day for the first month to collaborate with the team.
