We are currently seeking a highly motivated CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR located in Baltimore, MD and surrounding communities.
Required Education:
· High School Diploma required
· Prefer Associates Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following skills and abilities, which must be
Proven experience as an Assistant Project Coordinator or similar role
· Good understanding of construction industry (conception to delivery)
· Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step plans
· Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control of project documents
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
· Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar electronic documentation platforms)
· Excellent with documenting and taking meeting minutes and managing the electronic filing
· Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
· Contribute to project planning and coordination
· Support senior project staff with resource allocation, meetings, and information management
· Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure project teams are aware of deadlines
· Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
· Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status effectively
· Utilize project management tools to track working hours, budgets, plans, and expenses
· Prepare and distribute necessary contracts documents (e.g., contracts)
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
· Ensure quality standards are met through regular testing and evaluation.
· Work in CMTS office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
Salary:
· $30.00 / Hour
