Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee projects in the Fredericksburg, VA area. You will work under the supervision of the project manager and should have substantial experience managing project scopes ranging from $2-15 million. Your role will involve overseeing a new construction project of a self-storage facility, managing subcontractors, scheduling, ensuring quality control, and interpreting blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects in the Fredericksburg, VA area.
• Operate under the supervision of the project manager.
• Handle project scopes ranging from $2-15 million.
• Manage subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Interpret and work with blueprints.

• 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience with project scopes of $2-15 million.
• Ability to manage subcontractors.
• Proficiency in scheduling and quality control.
• Skill in interpreting blueprints.

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
