DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Estimating (Electrical for Commercial T.I.'s Medical T.I's and Commercial Ground Up )
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Maintaining customer satisfaction
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced job environment
Develop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clients
Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with project
Provides direction for projects
Good detail orientation
Purchase materials and equipment as needed
Maintain control of project costs
Experienced with McCormick estimating software a plus, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

3+Yrs. experience as a Estimator in Electrical Industry
Proficient in Industry related software
Experience in electrical construction related software
Attention to detail
Excellent relationship skills
