All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW LLC is a full-service painting and repair company serving residential and commercial clients in Gig Harbor and surrounding areas. Our work includes everything from interior and exterior painting to Interior and exterior repairs as well as General contracting. We're seeking a versatile Estimator who understands both painting, drywall, and general construction trades and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Familiarity with the local market and local building codes
Subcontractor coordination experience
Knowledge of finishes, coatings, and application techniques
Ability to perform light measurements or site assessments as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive annual salary, paid weekly
Commission: Based on the profit margin of the completed and paid project
Fuel Reimbursement: Weekly with receipt/mileage log and/or company vehicle
Paid Time Off: Accrual begins Day 1, usable after 90 days
Longevity Bonus PTO Accruals (after 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 years)
Flexible schedule during work hours to accommodate site visits, office time, and job walks
