Hazelwood Electric LLC is looking for a full-time Journeyman/Master Electrician to join our outstanding team of professionals. Hazelwood Electric LLC provides commercial, residential, and industrial electrical solutions and is a growing company with a solid reputation for quality of work, safety, and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
~ Licensed Journeyman/Master Electrician in the state of Virginia or West VA
~ Knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems, NEC, and local codes
~ Ability to solve problems independently and willing to put in a hard day's work
~ Hand and power tools at the journeyman/master level
~ Composite safety toe boots
~ Reliable transportation
~ Reside in our service area
~ Valid VA driver's license and a clean driving record
~ Ability to pass a background check
~ Ability to pass a drug test
~ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITES (REQUIRED BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
~ Running Conduit, MC & Romex, Pulling Wire, Setting Panels, Terminations, Switches, Lighting Fixtures, Cable Trays, Bending Pipe, Underground, Troubleshooting, etc.
~ Read blueprints and wiring schematics
~ Verify compliance and functionality of installations
~ Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met
~ Coordinate with other trades on site
~ Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace
~ Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
~ Work in all weather conditions
~ Work in restricted or confines areas such as switchgear rooms, manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, and attics
~ Kneeling, crawling, and crouching for extended periods
