Job Description:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of the HVAC trade. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a high-demand field.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
- Handling tools and materials under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Following company procedures and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Communicating with customers on service requests, providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC-related coursework or certifications.
- VRF Experience an asset.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is between $25 and $45 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
