Job Description:

As an HVAC Installation Helper, you will assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, coachable, and ready to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems (willing to train)
Load and unload tools and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Vehicle/valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Company van provided after 3 month probation
Able to arrive on time daily to job sites around lower mainland
Professional, presentable appearance and excellent customer service skills
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and dependable
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus (willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
