We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Youll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure every phase of the project is aligned with scope, schedule, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure timely progress
Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and building standards
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and change orders
Qualifications
35 years of experience in construction project management or coordination
Proven ability to support and lead construction projects through all phases
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be local to [Insert City/Region]
Must be able to provide two professional references from previous supervisors
Preferred Experience
Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects
Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
