We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join the team at our corporate headquarters. Headquartered in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, we take pride in delivering quality projects, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quality take-offs and cost estimates across all CSI divisions.
  • Analyze construction documents, plans, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Review invitations to bid (ITBs), identify trade-specific needs, and ensure complete bid coverage.
  • Issue and track Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify design intent and scope discrepancies.
  • Evaluate and qualify subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure scope completeness and cost accuracy.
  • Coordinate and attend pre-bid site visits or arrange site surveys with field personnel when necessary.
  • Review and incorporate design revisions and addendum into the bid process.
  • Collaborate with project managers to satisfy client expectations.
  • Maintain and update bid templates and historical data to ensure consistent estimating practices.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinator to ensure timely and effective subcontractor solicitation and documentation.
  • Submit bids accurately and on schedule using each client's preferred delivery method (e.g., email, portals).

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Construction-related or estimating experience
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Previous customer service or subcontractor coordination experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
