Job Description This position involves managing commercial construction projects nationwide, with a focus on data center construction. The role is urgent due to recent project wins in NOVA, Texas, the South, and California. The position offers the opportunity to work with a leading AI Chip Developer on cutting-edge technology projects, supported by an excellent onsite team. Responsibilities
- Manage submittals and submit other documentation into the database, comprising 40% of the role.
- Handle RFIs, understand design, BIM, REVIT, and manage submittals/change orders, making up another 40%.
- Participate in meetings, bids, GC meetings, and miscellaneous subcontractor meetings, accounting for 20% of the duties.
- 3-5 years of experience in RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing projects as a Construction Manager.
- Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects.
- Baseline knowledge of Data Center Construction.
- Proficiency in project management and construction management.
- Familiarity with commercial and data center construction.
- Experience with BIM and REVIT technologies.
