Senior Architect

## Job DescriptionNWL Architects is currently seeking to fill an immediate position for a full-time Senior Architect with 10-15+ years of experience. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills to design and deliver exceptional projects for clients. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to creatively solve problems. Works closely with other designers and team members to positively impact projects firm wide. Supports the firm's values by personally influencing client service, consultant interaction, innovation, and open communication. ## Responsibilities Contribute as a designer on projects developing conceptual design, presentations, and construction documents Guides and directs multiple project teams to manage the development of design throughout the entire design and construction documents process Lead design efforts and client presentations to develop and support client relationships Oversee and develop creative design concepts for projects. Oversee the development of graphic presentations, 3D rendering and construction documentation by others to convey design intent Delivery of complete project design presentations to client user groups or others Coordinates with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other to meet overall project objectives. Responsible for the management of project details with consulting design or engineering firms Works with respective teams to manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination Manage and facilitate firm and team meetings to discuss project issues, technical issues, and coordination with other disciplines Manages conflict effectively and encourages a healthy team environment Manage and deliver projects within the defined budget requirements and maintaining accountability to project plan.## Qualifications Accredited professional degree in Architecture Architectural licensure required Typically, 10-15+ years of experience Proficiency in Revit. Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred Proficiency in other software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or other graphic software preferred Proficiency in architectural building systems, applicable codes, and regulations Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing## Additional InformationNWL Architects is a progressive design firm with expertise in a variety of building types including, Educational, Government, Religious, Commercial and Industrial facilities.
