JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Engineering Supervisor plays acritical role in leading and managing a team of engineers tosuccessfully design, develop, and deliver high-quality precast concretestructures. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of theteam\'s work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, andfostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conductperformance evaluations. Assist Management and HR with staffing needs, personnelissues, and implement department policies and procedures. Coordinateemployee work schedules with other supervisors within the D+Edepartment.
