I need a handyman for OC job

I need a handyman for OC job (Santa Ana) 10th West St near Van Ness compensation: $250.00 per 8 hour day I manage a small apartment complex in Santa Ana. Tenant vacated unit, today. I have not been in the unit yet. I have only seen unit full of furniture. I need someone that can work quickly so I can get a tenant back into the unit and back to collecting rent. I am only paying for 1 guy to do everything. Must NOT have a job that you schedule my job around. My job must be your only job this week. You must have truck, speak English and your own tools. I do not buy tools. No druggies or drunks. Paint throughout. (600 square feet unit) Remove popcorn ceiling in living room (approximate 10' X 10' space) Remove caulking around toilet floor and caulk with clear caulking. Include new seal. Remove current rolling shower door and replace with shower curtain and shower rod Trash current oven/stove and install new oven/stove Couple other small items, like install CO2 detectors and fire alarms detectors (combo unit) Must clean the entire unit (inside & outside of windows, kitchen cabinets, bathroom, floor, shower and toilet) Management company will buy all supplies. Bid is for labor only. Job should take 4 days at $250 per day = $1000 job complete I will be at the job tomorrow morning at 10am. Thats 06/01/2025 at 10AM.
