We're looking for a senior-level Creative Project Manager to lead and build project workflows from the ground up for a major gaming brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to turn creative chaos into structured, scalable systems.-6 month contract with potential to extend! -Remote- but MUST be local to the Seattle area for occasional onsite meetingsWhat You Will Do:-Build and manage a project management system to track creative work (specifically digital creative projects) from intake through final delivery-Coordinate across design, copy, video, and marketing teams to deliver digital-first campaigns, primarily ads on our (well-known) client's site, with some print and video-Translate briefs and documents into actionable project plans and timelines-Own resource allocation, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication-Confidently manage priorities, push back when needed, and keep projects on trackWhat You Bring:-5+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in creative or digital environments-Experience building PM systems from scratch (Airtable or Monday.com preferred)-Strong understanding of creative deliverables across digital, print, and video-Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with confidence and clarity-Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Airtable or Monday.com-Excellent communication and organizational skillsBonus experience:-Experience in the gaming industry preferred!-Basic Understanding of merchandising workflows and ad formats-This is a high-impact role for someone ready to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing creative team.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
