JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Sealant PCC Foreman isresponsible for the installation of sealant and waterproofing systems onprecast buildings, ramps, and other buildings. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure safety of crew/personnel,including the proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) andcompany vehicles Ensure overall quality of completedsealants/waterproofing jobs. Follow direction of Field Supervisor andbring any problems to their attention Manage a crew of 1-6 people Readand understand material data sheets, safety data sheets, plans andspecifications Communicate with crew and office personnel, reportquantities in place, complete daily reports, etc. Work in collaborationwith manufacturer\'s representatives and jobsite representatives Attendjobsite meetings as necessary Operate a variety of hand and power toolsMaintain a clean jobsite and trailer/truck Identify and mix customcolors of sealant for jobs Install expansion joints of all types(emseal, wabo, winged, pre-compressed, etc) Install Traffic Coatingsfrom all manufacturers (Sika, Tremco, MasterBuilders, LymTal, etc)Sealing of all types of joints including but not limited to: Precast,Plumbing Fixtures, Interior Finishes, Glass/Glazing, Slab on GradeInstallation of Fire Stopping materials\...
