Press Brake Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC press brakes (e.g., Amada, Cincinnati) to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts.
Select and install proper dies/tools for each job.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to meet exact specifications.
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure accuracy (1/32" tolerance or as required).
Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with material handling (loading/unloading metal sheets, deburring parts).
Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
? Experience: Proven ability to operate Press Brakes with CNC controls.
? Skills: Precision metal bending/fabrication. Reading blueprints/schematics. Basic machine maintenance/troubleshooting.
? Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 lbs (if applicable). Stand for extended periods.
