Lead Superintendent

Your new company Hays is representing a national, employee-owned General Contractor with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation. Headquartered in Chicago and operating since 1997, they have expanded to key markets including Washington, DC, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The local office, based in Vienna, VA, serves the Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland (DMV) region. The DMV office specializes in large-scale Mission Critical/Data Center projects, Corporate Interiors, and select mixed-commercial Base Build developments. Your new role As a Lead Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for managing field operations and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day site activities on complex commercial projects across the DMV area.
