Job Description and Duties:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 10-25+ years experience working as a Highway/Roadway Design Engineer for a Consulting Firm.
• P.E. in Connecticut.
• Ability to take a project from start to finish.
• 5+ years of experience working on CTDOT projects.
• Experience with design, transportation studies, and county and municipal projects.
• Experience with highway quality control, contract negotiations, cost control, and meetings.
