Concrete General Superintendent

We’re a growing concrete contractor seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to lead field operations for complex slab and structural concrete projects. If you're a proven leader who knows how to deliver high-quality work safely, on time, and on budget — we want to talk.

• Oversee field execution of multiple concrete projects (slab-on-grade, elevated decks, structural concrete)

• Lead and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field crews

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure adherence to project specs, schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations

• Solve field issues in real time and maintain jobsite efficiency

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in concrete construction , with a strong background in slab and structure

• Proven track record managing field crews on large commercial or multifamily projects

• Deep understanding of concrete sequencing, formwork systems, rebar, pour planning, and finishing

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
