What You’ll Do as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

  • Manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance, updates, and technical support throughout each project

  • Lead field crews and office staff to execute boundary, topographic, construction, and aerial surveys

  • Perform quality control on all deliverables, ensuring they meet internal and regulatory standards

  • Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to junior team members and field personnel

  • Work closely with engineers, planners, and external stakeholders to support integrated project delivery

Qualifications

  • Licensed or license-eligible Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Oklahoma

  • 10+ years of surveying experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role preferred

  • Associate degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, TerraSolid, GPS, total stations, and drone-based lidar

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license with ability to work in both field and office environments
