What You’ll Do as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
Manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance, updates, and technical support throughout each project
Lead field crews and office staff to execute boundary, topographic, construction, and aerial surveys
Perform quality control on all deliverables, ensuring they meet internal and regulatory standards
Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to junior team members and field personnel
Work closely with engineers, planners, and external stakeholders to support integrated project delivery
Qualifications
Licensed or license-eligible Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Oklahoma
10+ years of surveying experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role preferred
Associate degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, TerraSolid, GPS, total stations, and drone-based lidar
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with ability to work in both field and office environments
