HANDS-ON CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / CREW LEADER & CARPENTER OR HELPER
Ace Home Building Construction is looking for both an Experienced Hands-On Construction Foreman / Crew Leader and for a Carpenter or Helper for a Full-Time W-2 employment position or hourly Subcontractor. The candidates should be interested in joining a thriving company that has residential construction projects all year round with a standard 40 hours or more per week.

Requirements for Construction Foreman /Crew Leader
Must have 3-5 years of verifiable experience with rough/finish carpentry, interior and exterior construction, such as framing and trim, renovations, remodeling, additions, basements, decks, cornice, window/door installation, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
Must be reliable, take leadership, work well with others and be motivated at all times.
Must communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
Must provide own construction tools and know how to accurately operate drills, skill-saws, table saws, planers, miter box, and jig saw, among others
Must do hands-on work and also be able to teach and lead other members of the crew with less experience
Must be able to climb ladders/ scaffolds and not be afraid to get on a roof
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
Must use carpenters belt with carpentry hand tools, power tools, and other wood making machinery
Must possess a valid Georgia driver's license and have his own dependable truck or van
Must be able to commute within our service area in the North Side of Atlanta, which spans in the South boundary from I-20 South in the Atlanta area, in the North boundary in Cartersville, Canton and Cumming, in the East and West boundaries from South Gwinnett and North Fulton counties to Cobb county, including Cherokee county, North Dekalb, South Bartow, and South Forsyth counties

Requirements for Carpenter

Must have own transportation
Must have own basic carpentry hand tools
Must wear carpenters toolbelt with carpentry hand tools inside all the time
Must possess a valid driver's license and have your own dependable truck
