Who we are:

Well established company for over 35 years in the metro area with great longtime customers and backlog of work. We work on commercial new construction projects, some tenant improvements.

Seeking a project manager to be the single point of contact for scheduling jobs

Requires daily visits to jobsites to check on progress assist in prioritizing job flow. Usually between 4-8 jobsites per day

Attend all site meetings regarding project schedule. Larger projects have weekly meetings, so possibly 1-2 meetings per week.

Maintain open lines of communication between the field plumbers, project superintendents, estimators

Fill out daily schedule for crew assignments
