We Are Hiring For Professionals Skilled In:
* Drywall & Metal Framing:
* Safe and efficient removal of existing drywall.
* Metal frame building for walls.
* Installation of new drywall (hanging, taping, and finishing to a high standard).
* Painting:
* Thorough surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming).
* Application of paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
* Protecting all nearby surfaces from paint.
* Achieving a high-quality, durable finish.
General Responsibilities for All Roles:
* Ensuring all work is precise, clean, and meets quality expectations.
* Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
* Adhering to project timelines and specifications.
Qualifications:
* Verifiable experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Drywall & Metal Framing: Demonstrable skill in drywall removal, installation (hanging, taping, finishing), and metal framing for walls.
* Painting: Proven experience in professional interior/exterior painting, including meticulous preparation and application of various coatings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have your own basic tools for your respective trade (Drywall/Framing and Painting).
* Reliable transportation.
* Physical ability to handle materials and perform demanding tasks.
