HVAC Technician

Preferred 1 - 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC.
Mostly commercial.
Must be reliable, punctual, have a good attitude and willingness to work.
Excellent customer service skills a must.
High standard of honesty and integrity.
Pay based on experience up too 25.00 per hour.

Types of work:
- All rooftop package DX and conventional split systems.
- Water Source Heat Pump systems.
- 4 pipe systems. Chill water/heating hot water. Units, piping systems.
- VAV (variable air volume): VAV units, heating hot water systems.
- Piping systems. condenser water, chill water, hot water, refrigeration, condensate piping.
- Duct systems: crimp, S&D.
- In house sheet metal fabrication shop
- Ventilation Systems: Exhaust systems
- Ice machine repair.
- Preventative Maintenace on the of the above.
