We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

This position provides service maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air condition systems.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:

• Service and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
• Troubleshooting, repairing and installing new parts
• Makes recommendations on repairs, and educate customers on indoor air quality products
• Communicate benefits of preventative maintenance
• Excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurance by company carrier
• Universal EPA Certification
• 3 + years of HVAC service & maintenance experience
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills
• Nate Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications within 1 Year of hire
• Possess tools needed
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
