Data Center Cable Technician

Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate Cabling professionals who want to work in a Data Center environment. Our client is wanting to hire individuals with a passion for supporting the data center infrastructure! Candidates with hands on experience in troubleshooting network cable infrastructure are encouraged to apply. Our Data Center Technicians will be responsible for physical upgrades, implementation, optimizations and troubleshooting onsite for the data center. Techs will deploy test and address issues with network cabling in a DC enviornment. Employees will need to be able to troubleshoot any related issues, run diagnostics, create documentation, etc. Responsibilities- Conduct validation and quality checks on Level 1 physical cabling, including fiber mesh installations, following established inspection and documentation procedures. Support network infrastructure by deploying and maintaining physical components and collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth operations. Monitor progress and drive improvements by tracking task completion and identifying opportunities to enhance processes. Contribute to team development through onboarding, mentoring, and refining operational documentation and procedures. Experience Level: Intermediate Level (Minimum of 2 years of relevant Data Center Experience.)
