Painters gain valuable skills in craftsmanship, leadership, and customer service while delivering high-quality work. Job Responsibilities - Prepare exterior surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming. - Apply high-quality paint and finishes to homes. - Work efficiently and safely using ladders, harnesses, and other safety equipment. - Maintain a clean and organized worksite. - Communicate professionally with clients and team members. - Follow daily work plans to ensure timely project completion.
