Project Coordinator in Palmer Township,PA,US

Experience : Six or more years of experience Licensure : Non-licensed design and production staff Reports To : Principal In Charge / Senior Management Education : Professional degree in architecture, interior design, engineering Duties: All duties of the architectural technician and designers Assist in the development and planning of architectural projects Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify potential setbacks, and implement solutions to address them Review and ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide project updates and respond to inquiries Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules Conduct site visits and field inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications Participate in project meetings and provide relevant inputs Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff. Travel to and visit project construction sites to observe construction progress and compose field reports. (Site visits may require travel involving both day trips and some overnight stays to out-of- town project locations) Technology : Revit / SketchUp / AutoCAD / Adobe Suite / MS Office Mentorship : Will be responsible for mentoring the following but is not limited to; less experienced staff.
