Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect or Drafter to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in commercial architecture, particularly within the Wisconsin market, and be familiar with the unique code, zoning, and construction nuances of the region. This role requires proficiency in developing construction documents, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the design process from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for commercial and industrial projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration. Maintain knowledge of Wisconsin building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes. Assist in space planning, site layout, and design development for a variety of commercial project types. Participate in project reviews, field verifications, and coordination meetings. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial architectural drafting and design. Proficiency in Revit, and other industry-standard software. Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and detailing. Experience with Wisconsin building codes and permitting processes is highly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field. Important Notes: We sincerely appreciate the interest of all applicants.
