Stand Up Forklift Operator 21/hr Job Description: Operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Conduct daily equipment inspections and reported maintenance needs. Assist in organizing and staging products for outbound shipments. Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times. Responsibilities: Perform job tasks on the liquid filling line and ensure production runs smoothly, including workflow and efficiency. Train, delegate, and assign appropriate tasks to Team Mates assigned to the filling line. Handle basic personnel questions or issues and refer more complex personnel issues to the Filling Room Supervisor or Sr. Production Scheduler as needed. Complete necessary paperwork and reports and provide brief written updates to the Filling Room Supervisor or Sr. Production Scheduler. Operate equipment, complete set-up and changeover of line, and handle minor maintenance and repair of equipment as needed within the assigned scope of manufacturing processes. Ensure safety requirements are met at all times. Perform other duties and complete projects as assigned. Essential Skills 3+ years as a lead within a GMP regulated environment Machine knowledge/manufacturing skills with the ability to do light troubleshooting and changeovers on machines Thorough understanding of production and manufacturing processes Leadership abilities Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a GMP regulated environment Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds Capability to stand/walk up to 90% of the time Why Work Here?
