Our client is seeking a Project Superintendent to help facilitate two ongoing projects at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Skills and Requirements 5 years of oversight experience supporting project-related teams in the construction or building maintenance industry Knowledge of building automation systems/controls environments Proficient computer skills with general Windows environment, Microsoft Office software, and email. Must have strong attention to detail, with utmost interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and identify needs of the project managers, staff and the client. Independent, self-starter a must; able to make sound decisions and execute the tasks required.
